RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a no quibble exchange/return policy, but to date have only had 2 returns!!

SHIPPING
We ship by Priority US mail within a few days when products are in stock and will contact you immediatley if it will be longer than 10 days before your order is shipped. If you need something in a hurry, please call (978) 314-8103 to arrange for Express delivery.

PHONE ORDERS
If you prefer to order over the phone, don't hesitate to ring (978) 314-8103, and we will be happy to process your order and answer any questions. Also if you have a special request please phone us to see if it is possible.

PAYMENT
We use Verisign to ensure complete security when paying by credit card on our website. We accept mastercard, visa and discover.

Ordering by mail is also an option. Make checks payable to in-the-bag and send it together with you order to:
