Our bags are all handcrafted in Oakland, California. We use only the highest quality fabrics and are committed to true craftsmanship in the production of all our products. It really shows. The wooden handles are all crafted with love and skill in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee and our sewers cut and put together each bag with great expertise. All of our products reflect this level of care which means your bags will look and feel great for many years. Originally designed to transport your knitting in style, our wooden handled bags are also used as totes and purses. With requests pouring in, we added our woolen totes when we heard our customers wanted something bigger to go comfortably over the shoulder. Now, our bags are not just about knitting. We have just brought out the messenger bag and the oilcloth / barkcloth shopper. This new range of bags have mulitple uses, great for holding your laptop, fantastic for books and the messenger bags and oilcloth shoppers with their waterproof lining make the IDEAL diaper bag. We have responded to your requests for more pockets and yes, we have made sure that all our bags have with a magnetic or velcro closure. This fall we are introducing the ultimate wool purse. Not only beautiful but THE most useful bag to take everywhere you go. Handy pockets to hold your phone, wallet, keys, iPod and more.
